Delete your account.

You can permanently delete your Vibecam account and the data tied to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Fastest: delete in the app

Open Vibecam and go to Settings → Delete account. Confirm, and your account, synced deck, and stored photos are removed across all your devices right away. This is the quickest path and requires no waiting.

Or request by email

If you can't access the app, email developer@pklabs.in with the subject “Delete my account”. Include the email address you signed in with (Google or Apple) or, if you used the app without an account, your in-app device id (Settings shows it) so we can find your data. We process deletion requests within 30 days. You can also reach us on WhatsApp.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in record, your synced deck, all photos stored on our servers (including those shown in battles and challenges), your leaderboard, challenge and battle entries, your chosen handle, and referral records. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What we keep, and for how long

We retain anonymized crash logs for up to 90 days and aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics that aren't linked to you. We also keep anything we're legally required to. Data held by our advertising and analytics partners is governed by their own policies — see our privacy policy.
