By using Vibecam you agree to the terms below. They're short on purpose.
You must be 13 or older
Vibecam is for ages 13 and up. You may not use it if you're under 13. Certain comparison-style results (for example, celebrity match or spirit-animal match) are additionally withheld from anyone the platform's age signal reports as under 13.
We check this using the age signals your app store provides (Apple's Declared Age Range API on iOS, Google Play's Age Signals API on Android). We may block or remove any account or device we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 13. If you're a parent or guardian and your child has been using Vibecam, email us and we'll delete their data.
The app
Vibecam is provided as-is. Each result (a hairstyle suggestion, a styled “glow up,” a celebrity or spirit-animal comparison, an aged portrait, an anime version of you, or a cosmic/zodiac-styled portrait) is generated by a third-party AI model — see our privacy policyfor exactly what's sent and to whom. We make no promise that any specific result, comparison, or resemblance carries any objective meaning. It doesn't. That's the point.
Your photos & results
You own the results Vibecam generates for you. They are private to you — Vibecam does not publish, list, or share your photos or results with other users. You can delete any result at any time from your history, which removes its stored image from our servers. What you can't upload
Don't point Vibecam at photos that shouldn't be processed: nudity or sexual content, anyone under 13, other people's photos without their agreement, violence, hate, illegal content, or anything you don't have the right to upload. We can remove any result and block any device or account that breaks this — without notice. If you see something that shouldn't be up, email us and we'll take it down.
Accounts
You can use Vibecam without an account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, you're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You can permanently delete your account and all its data at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app (see our privacy policy).
Subscriptions & credits
Vibecam gives you a limited number of free generations. Beyond that, you can subscribe for ongoing access or buy one-time credit packs, both processed through the App Store/Google Play billing you're signed into on your device — we never see your payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at purchase until you cancel; cancel any time from your App Store/Google Play account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. Credit packs are one-time purchases and don't expire. Optional rewarded ads may also unlock a result without spending a credit — watching is always your choice.
Termination
You can stop using Vibecam at any time. We can pull the app from the stores at any time. Results already saved to your device stay yours.
Liability
Vibecam is entertainment. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Who we are & which law applies
Vibecam is operated by TODO: legal entity name. These terms are governed by the laws of TODO: jurisdiction. Questions: developer@pklabs.in.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the app means you accept it.
